Bujinkan Ninjutsu


The Bujinkan is an organization in the world which teaches authentic Samurai-Ninja self defense arts from the time of feudal Japan. It is led by Soke Dr. Masaaki Hatsumi who is recognized by both the Japanese Government and the Imperial Family.

At present, the Bujinkan Hachimon Dojo Malaysia is led by Mr. James Lee P. K. and his senior students. The members train at different locations both outdoors and indoors. Seminars are conducted by experienced instructors from overseas to increase the knowledge and Taijutsu skill of the members. At the same time, the Dojo also organizes training camps, self defense sessions, trips and in-house friendlies for members.


* Bujinkan means "Hall of Divine Spirit Warriors"
* Hachimon in Japanese means "Eight Gates" which consists of

[5] Ninja no Shuriken
[6] Kajutsu
[7] Yugei
[8] Kyomon

* Dojo means "The place of the way" or "Training Hall".

 PROFILE OF CHIEF INSTRUCTOR


Shihan James Lee Peek Kuan


James Lee Peek Kuan founded the Bujinkan Hachimon Dojo Malaysia back in 1997. He serves as the Chief Instructor for the Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu (Ninjutsu) and Ninja Self-protection programmes.

He has attained the prestigious rank of Shihan (Master Instructor) and received the Bujinkan Gold Medal Lifetime Achievement Award. Both awards were presented personally by the Grandmaster of the Bujinkan himself, Soke Masaaki Hatsumi. He also holds instructor ranks in Taekwondo and is an accredited Master Instructor in various Kung Fu styles. He has competed and won gold at an International Kung Fu tournament in China.

He has also been featured on local TV shows, newspapers and magazines as well as documentaries.

Sensei Marcel Fabian


Marcel Fabian started learning Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu in 1997. He is a senior instructor with Bujinkan Hachimon Dojo Malaysia, a Government Accredited Level 3 Coach in Martial Arts Instruction, a Level 4 Martial Arts Instructor accredited by the Martial Arts Grand Masters Association of Malaysia (MAGMA) and a Level 1 Kickboxing Instructor under ISKA (International Sport Kickboxing Association).

He serves as the Head Instructor for the Ninjakids Martial Arts, Ninjakids Tumblefit and the Ninjakids Special Ops programmes and teaches full time. He is a fully licensed International Instructor or Shidoshi and 5th Dan Black Belt graded by the Grandmaster of Bujinkan himself, Soke Masaaki Hatsumi.

He is also a writer for international magazines Taekwondo Times and Seni Beladiri and a Fight Journalist for ONE Championship - the premier Mixed Martials Organisation in Asia. He has also been featured on local TV shows, newspapers and magazines as well as documentaries.
